Terms of Service

1. Consultations and Group Coaching

I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Eastern Medicine Practitioner in the state of Washington. However, I am unable to provide diagnosis or treatment for any medical condition while working remotely via phone or video. Classes, consultations, and coaching are intended for educational purposes only. Please refer to your local primary care provider for clinical care as needed.

Consultations and group coaching services are delivered via phone or video, using a secure HIPAA compliant third-party service. All sessions are recorded, and you will be given access to the recording for your own reference.

1. Cancellations

Consultations: If you need to cancel your session, please contact me via email (support@bellyandsoul.com or through the Contact page) at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, full payment for the session will be charged (excluding emergencies). All cancellations received in advance will be issued a full refund.

Classes: If you need to cancel your registration for an online class, please contact Sharon Gray, LAc via email (support@bellyandsoul.com or through the Contact page) at least 3 days prior to the start of the class. Those who schedule more than 3 days prior to the scheduled class will be issued a full refund. Those who cancel within 3 days will receive 75% CREDIT, which can be redeemed for future classes or services. Those who cancel within 24 hours will receive 50% credit (excluding emergencies).

All refunds will be issued within 10 days (availability of funds may vary, depending on your bank’s policy).

3. Scheduling

Consultations and group coaching are scheduled using a third-party service on Belly & Soul’s SSL-encrypted website. Using this online scheduling service implies that you also accept the terms of services and privacy policies of Woocommerce.com and WordPress.org. You have the right to choose an alternative method of scheduling by contacting Sharon Gray, LAc directly.

4. Payments and Fees

Payment is due prior to your scheduled appointment. Returned checks and credit card payments are subject to a $25 fee, in addition to the payment due.

5. "Lifetime" and "No expiration" Defined

Sometimes we offer special promotions at Belly & Soul, including “lifetime” access to class material, or coupons with no expiration date. Please know that we have every intention of being around for a very long time, however, life does happen, and there’s no telling what the future holds. Therefore, these special offers are available for as long as Belly & Soul and the practice of Sharon Gray, LAc is in operation.

6. Privacy

7. Amendments

Belly & Soul and Sharon Gray, LAc reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
